Users are responsible for assigning and managing tasks within their teams to ensure productivity and accountability.

11. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of our services, including SMS communications via Twilio. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last twelve months.
